Before signing up, please read the following guidelines:
- It is the responsibility of the lunch guest to remember what day they chose; please mark your calendar once digital sign-up is complete.
- Lunch guests must check in at the office on their registered day at least 5 minutes prior to lunch starting; adults, please bring a photo ID.
- Due to allergies, students may not have friends to sit with them and guests.
- There is a limit of two guests per student per registered day (including siblings). PLEASE complete the digital form for EACH person attending.
- Please sign up no later than 9:30 AM on the day that you’d like to attend.
- Food from outside vendors is not allowed.
- Students and lunch guests will be seated in designated areas.
- Please review the school lunch menu prior to selecting a day.
- “Drop-ins” are not allowed; we have to make sure we have plenty of food for students and registered guests.
- We want all of our students to experience the joy of a lunch guest eating with them. To help with this matter, we ask that you please limit your lunch visits to one day every month. Dates will be added to the form on a regular basis, so please check back often if the available dates are filled.
- Lunch times are listed by the homeroom teacher on the form listed on the link below.
- Please keep this paper for future reference; sign-up link and guidelines will be posted to KES website.
