KES Lunch Guests
KES allows guests to eat with students during their scheduled lunch time. We will use an ongoing digital form for sign-ups to eat in the cafeteria. Guests must sign up using the link provided below. These limited spots do fill up quickly, therefore, please be respectful of the number of times you sign-up for during the school year. Please understand there may be days where we will not allow guests.
Before signing up, please read the following guidelines:
*If you are NOT on a student’s contact list you MUST have prior approval through the office to be a lunch guest.
*All guests must register prior to the date they would like to attend.
*It is the responsibility of the lunch guest to remember what day they signed up. Please mark it on your calendar.
*Lunch guests must check in at the KES front office on their registered day at least 10 minutes prior to the lunch starting. Please have your photo ID.
*There is a limit of 2 guests per student per registered day and this includes siblings. Please complete on the form EACH person that will be attending.
*Review the school lunch menu on our KES FaceBook page prior to selecting a day. Adult meals $5 Cash
*Due to allergies, students may not have friends to sit with them and guests. Students and guests will be seated in a designated area.
*Food from outside vendors are NOT allowed in the cafeteria.
*Drop-In guests are NOT allowed. We have to make sure we have plenty of food for our students and registered guests.
